He paid a visit to the Forensic Investigation Team that has been investigating possible war crimes in Ukraine. He spoke with team members who worked in Ukraine under the banner of the International Criminal Court (ICC). They spoke about their activities, experiences and the results of the research.
Ukraine has asked the ICC and the EU for support with the investigation into war crimes committed in Ukraine.
