King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden kicked off the Golden Jubilee weekend with a concert.

Drottningholm Palace’s Theatre saw performances by the Royal Ballet, Royal Chorus, Royal Opera and solo performers. Several other Scandinavian royals attended the concert, such as Queen Margrethe II of Denmark and her sister Queen Anne-Marie of Greece, King Harald and Queen Sonja of Norway.

The King and Queen were joined by their children and their respective spouses. Two grandchildren, Princess Estelle and Prince Oscar, were also present, as were Princess Christina and her husband. The broader family of Prince Daniel, Princess Sofia and Christopher O’Neill were also spotted.

These guests could be seen arriving for a private dinner ahead of the concert.
