King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden began his 50th accession day with a Te Deum service

The service took place in the chapel of the Royal Palace. The Scandinavian royals who were in attendance at the concert last night were also present for the Te Deum.

The service began with Fanfare From Vasa to Bernadotte by Sébastien Holmström Borén. The service was held by chief court preacher Johan Dalman and pastor Michael Bjerkhagen.
