King Abdullah meets business executives in London

King Abdullah II of Jordan met with senior executives and founders of companies operating in the United Kingdom in London.

During the meeting, they discussed prospects for expanding economic cooperation. King Abdullah stressed the importance of the long-standing partnership between Jordan and the United Kingdom. He added that the meeting served as an opportunity to share insights and explore mutual interests.

The meeting brought together the various representatives from companies in the automotive, mining, energy, engineering, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors, in addition to those from the apparel and textile industries, the design and development of theme parks, and the film and television production industries.

The heads of the Chambers of Commerce from both the United Kingdom and Jordan were also present.

Director of the Office of His Majesty Alaa Batayneh, Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply Yarub Qudah, Minister of Investment Tareq Abu Ghazaleh, and Jordan’s Ambassador to the UK Manar Dabbas also attended the meeting.
