Prince François baptised surrounded by family

Prince François of Luxembourg was baptised yesterday surrounded by his family.

His godparents are his aunt, Princess Alexandra, and his uncle, Count Christian de Lannoy. The ceremony was performed by Cardinal Jean-Claude Hollerich, who is the Archbishop of Luxembourg.

The little Prince was born on 27 March 2023 as the second son of Guillaume, Hereditary Grand Duke of Luxembourg and Stéphanie, Hereditary Grand Duchess of Luxembourg. He is currently third in the line of succession, behind his father and his elder brother, Prince Charles.
