The Prince of Wales has shared advice from his youngest son, Prince Louis, to the England football team before they travel to Germany for the Euro 2024 tournament.

The Prince of Wales shared that he asked his kids during the school run what he should say to the English team ahead of the UEFA EURO 2024 tournament.

Prince Louis, 6, told his dad to say to the team to “eat twice the amount you normally eat” during a team building talk.

Prince William then joked to take his “youngest’s advice with a pinch of salt.”

He said: “So I then had visions of you all running around with massive great tummies and loads of stitches on the pitch so I think maybe take my youngest’s advice with a pinch of salt, particularly around the physio team.”

Centre Harry Kane later laughed about Louis’s advice: “We’ve got to be careful with that. I don’t think the nutritionist was too happy with that advice, but it’s great to have the Prince here.

“He’s such a big supporter of us and has been to a few camps now before the major tournaments and it just gives us extra motivation.”

Willam is the President of the Football Association and met the English team at St George’s Park on the morning of 9 June to wish them good luck at the tournament.
