The 22-year-old participated in the graduation ceremony on the morning of 2 July with her proud parents, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, in the audience.
Official photos were later taken at University House and released on the Royal Family’s social media with a short statement, “Congratulations to Lady Louise on her graduation from St Andrews University! Lady Louise was joined by her parents, The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, as they celebrated the end of her degree.”

Lady Louise followed in the footsteps of the Prince and Princess of Wales, who met while studying at the Scottish university.
The niece of King Charles III will now undertake a gap year before determining her next steps. Her gap year will combine work, charity and travelling.
On 3 July, the young royal will receive her Duke of Edinburgh gold award at the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh. She will receive the award, which marks its 70th anniversary, from her father. Louise’s grandfather, Prince Philip, created the awards, and her father has carried on his legacy.
Lady Louise is not a working member of the Royal Family and is not expected to undertake any full-time royal duties.
