Belgian Royal Palace releases new photos of Queen Mathilde

The Belgian Royal Palace has released new photos of Queen Mathilde for her birthday.

The two photos were taken by Eva Donckers at the Royal Palace of Laeken.

The Queen is seen bundled up in the snow at her and King Philippe’s official residence in Brussels. The famous Royal Greenhouses can be seen in the background.

Queen Mathilde celebrates her 52nd birthday on 20 January. She has been Queen consort of Belgium since July 2013.
