King Harald V of Norway has safely made his way home from Malaysia.
He was transported on a medical flight which arrived in Norway last night.
According to the statement from the Norwegian Royal House, “The transportation went well, and His Majesty’s health is improving. His Majesty The King will be admitted to the hospital Rikshospitalet for medical examinations. He will stay in hospital for a few days for treatment and rest.”
While on holiday in Malaysia, the King fell ill with an infection, and he was fitted with a temporary pacemaker.
