Queen Letizia opens the 2023/2024 school year

Queen Letizia presided over the opening of the 2023/2024 school year in Sigüeiro-Oroso.

She was received at the Colegio de Educación Infantil y Primaria Plurilingüe do Camiño Inglés by the president of the Xunta de Galicia, Alfonso Rueda; the president of the Parliament of Galicia, Miguel Ángel Santalices; the Government delegate in Galicia, Pedro Blanco; and the mayor of Sigüeiro-Oroso, Alexander Doval.

She toured the primary and early childhood education classrooms and the garden. She then held a meeting with the educational team in the music room.
