An additional six people have been injured, according to the Andalusian regional government.
Around 150 firefighters are battling the wildfire in a wooded area in Los Gallardos, Almería. The cause of the fire has not been confirmed, but witnesses said that it was caused by a downed power line.
The eleven victims were found in and around the village of Bédar, just outside Los Gallardos.
An ongoing heatwave has caused a number of wildfires across southern Europe this summer.
