Queen Máxima and Princess Beatrix attended a concert by the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra last night. Queen Máxima is the patron of the orchestra.

The concert took place in the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam and was conducted by Klaus Mäkelä. He conducted Sibelius’ Fourth Symphony, followed by Mozart’s Requiem. There was singing by the Nederlands Kamerkoor and four soloists. Afterwards there was a meeting with Queen Máxima and Princess Beatrix.
