Crown Prince Haakon, Crown Princess Mette-Marit and Prince Sverre Magnus of Norway trained in alpine skiing with the Vivil Sports Club.

The Crown Prince Couple and their son took to the slopes on Wednesday night to train alongside the athletes and later joined them around the campfire with their coaches.

The royals later undertook slalom training at Krydsbybakken.

Vivil is a non-profit sports club that trains people with intellectual disabilities in Asker, Bærum and Oslo in alpine skiing. Vivil will send five athletes to the Special Olympics in Turin, Italy this year.

Crown Princess Mette-Marit is the patron of the Vivil Games.
