Prince William discusses new documentary with Sir David Attenborough

The Prince of Wales and Sir David Attenborough have sat down together to discuss the new documentary, “Ocean with David Attenborough.”

During the conversation, they are seen discussing the new film and the ocean exploration journeys that Sir David has undertaken throughout his lifetime. The current state of the oceans is discussed, and why we must remain optimistic about the recovery of our oceans. This is vital for stabilising the climate and will mean a healthier future for us all.

Ocean protection is one of the categories of The Earthshot Prize, and finalists in that category have collectively restored over 20,000 square kilometres of ocean and saved, reduced, or recycled 2.5 million tonnes of water.

The new documentary will be available for streaming globally on Sunday, 8^th June, World Ocean’s Day.
