Queen Camilla is seen wearing a white and beige coat dress by Anna Valentine with a Lily of the Valley brooch pinned on her left shoulder.
Their Majesties are on a four-day state visit to Italy. A previously scheduled visit to the Holy See was postponed due to the health of Pope Francis.
The King and Queen married on 9 April 2005 while Charles was the Prince of Wales.
