King Charles will return to public-facing duties, according to Buckingham Palace.
The King’s treatment program will continue, but his doctors are sufficiently satisfied with his progress that he can return to his royal duties. If necessary, forthcoming engagements can be adapted to minimise any health risks for him.
To mark this milestone in the King’s cancer treatment, he will make a joint visit with Queen Camilla to a cancer treatment centre. He will meet with medical specialists and patients.
The King is said to feel greatly encouraged to resume some public-facing duties and is very grateful to his medical team for their continued care and expertise.
