King Charles III led the procession at Windsor Castle during Garter Day. It was the first time during his reign.
The Order of the Garter is the most senior order of knighthood in the British honours system. During yesterday’s service, Baroness Ashton of Upholland GCMG and atten of Barnes CH were installed.
The procession with (most of) the current members usually draws a crowd. It included the King and Queen and the Prince of Wales.
