The Duke of Edinburgh has visited Uganda with the International Award.
Prince Edward arrived in Kampala on Monday for a three-day visit. He met with students in the global Non-Formal Education and Learning program and visited the Wildlife Education Centre, where Award participants have volunteered.
He then attended the Africa regional conference with the State of Foreign Affairs to highlight the role Non-Formal Education and Learning can play.

Prince Edward also met with Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, who officially accepted the role of Patron for the Award in Uganda.
