Two sweet mother-daughter photos have been shared to mark the 34th birthday of Queen Jetsun Pema of Bhutan.
The Royal Office for Media shared two images of Queen Jetsun Pema holding her only daughter, Princess Sonam Yangden.

One picture even features the Royal Family’s pet husky curled at the feet of the Queen and Princess.
The photos were taken in the garden of Lingkana Palace in Thimphu.

Jetsun Pema was born into a noble family and married King Jigme Khesar in 2011. They have three children.
Princess Sonam Yangden was born on 9 September 2023 in Lingkana Palace in the Bhutanese capital. She is the third child and first daughter of King Jigme Khesar and Queen Jetsun Pema.
