King of Bhutan attends state funeral for India’s former PM

The King of Bhutan has attended the state funeral for India’s former Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh.
Dr. Manmohan Singh died on 26 December at the age of 92. He was Prime Minister of India from 2004 until 2014.
The King placed a floral wreath in front of Dr. Singh’s coffin to honour him. He was considered to be a good friend of Bhutan.
There are currently seven days of official mourning for the former PM in India.
