King Harald V of Norway has been released from the hospital.
He was admitted one week ago when the Royal Court announced, “His Majesty the King is on sick leave and is admitted to the National Hospital. The King has been diagnosed with an infection that needs to be treated and will therefore remain in hospital for a few days. The condition is stable.”
The King is officially still on sick leave, and a final decision will be made tomorrow if he is fit to carry out engagements on 17 May as planned.
