Princess Elisabeth gives tour of royal palace to young patients

Princess Elisabeth of Belgium has given a tour of the Royal Palace to young patients from a hospital named in her honour.

The children were being treated at the Princess Elisabeth hospital in Ghent.

The heir to the Belgian throne joined the children for a tour and took part in a music workshop, where she tried to learn to play the harp.

After the tour, the Princess joined the children for a meal, and they were able to speak to her, much to their delight. With the tour, she wanted to encourage them in their journey and to give them hope for the future.
