The King of the Belgians got behind the wheel of a tram on Saturday.

King Philippe was responsible for driving Tram 10 on a new line in Brussels. He was in the driver’s seat of the opening tram line 10 of transport company STIB-MIVB.

The new line connects Neder-over-Heembeek with Uccle. This was done during European Mobility Week.

This isn’t the first time the King has driven a tram; several years ago, His Majesty got behind the wheel of a tram and drove Tram 9 in the Belgian capital.
