The Danish Royal House has announced that Crown Prince Christian will serve in the Royal Life Guards.
Crown Prince Christian is currently in lieutenant’s training, which he will complete in June. He will go on to the Life Guards as a platoon leader for conscripted privates on call-up duty in August 2026 at the Guards Barracks in Høvelte.
He began his conscription at the Guards Hussar Regiment in February 2025 and started the lieutenant’s training in August 2025.
