The expansion of the royal crypt in the Nieuwe Kerk in Delft has been completed.
Almost all members of the House of Orange-Nassau rest with their spouses in the crypt, but after the death of Princess Juliana and Prince Bernhard in 2004, the capacity in the crypt was reached.
A relatively simple design has been chosen, and a new practical entrance has been created. 20 new places have now been realised.
