The Pearl Button Tiara is part of the collection of the Dutch royal family, and it was first worn by Queen Juliana in 1965.
The tiara is made of five pearl and diamond buttons on a diamond base. The buttons were originally brooches owned by Queen Sophie.
It has been worn during some major occasions such as the inauguration of Queen Beatrix and the wedding of Princess Margriet.

The future Queen Máxima wore this tiara on her wedding day, but she substituted the pearl buttons for diamond stars.1
