Queen Letizia opens human trafficking conference

Queen Letizia of Spain has opened the Second International Congress on Trafficking in Human Beings.

The Queen was accompanied by the acting Minister of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, José Luis Escrivá; the Government delegate in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, Pedro Fernández; the mayor of Malaga, Francisco de la Torre; the Minister of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality of the Junta de Andalucía, Loles López; the president of the Provincial Council of Malaga, José Francisco Salado; and the CEO and founder of Nuevo Hogar Betania, Begoña Arana.

Queen Letizia also spoke with those attending a workshop.
