Switzerland’s Lena Häcki-Gross won the women’s biathlon, while the Norwegian Sturla Holm Lægreid won the men’s event. Princess Astrid congratulated both winners from the royal box.

The Princess celebrated her 92nd birthday on 12 February but continues to undertake the occasional royal duty on behalf of her brother, King Harald, 87.
