Ahead of King Carl XVI Gustaf’s Golden Jubilee next weekend, the Swedish Royal House has released two new photos.
The first photo is a group shot of the King with his family.

The King and Queen are in the bottom row, surrounded by, from left, Prince Oscar, Prince Gabriel, Prince Alexander, Princess Leonore, Princess Adrienne and Prince Nicolas. In the top row, from left, are Princess Estelle, Princess Sofia, Prince Carl Philip, Prince Julian, Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, Princess Madeleine and Mr Christopher O’Neill.
The second photo is a photo of three generations.

The photo shows Crown Princess Victoria, Princess Estelle and King Carl XVI Gustaf, who will both succeed as Queens in their own right.
