IN PHOTOS: Garter Day

Picture by Andrew Parsons / Kensington Palace

The British Royal Family marked Garter Day in Windsor, and Royal News is taking a look at the annual day in photos.

The members of the Order of the Garter walked in a procession from the Windsor Castle quadrangle to St George’s Chapel for the Order of the Garter Service.

The Princess of Wales, the Duchess of Edinburgh and Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence – who are not members of the Order of the Garter – watched the procession of the Royal Family members in the order from the chapel’s Galilee porch. This marked Catherine’s first appearance at the annual event since her cancer diagnosis in 2024.

The Royal Family returned to Windsor Castle by carriage after the ceremony.
