Sir Timothy Laurence suffers black eye from gardening incident

Sir Timothy Laurence has gotten a black eye from a gardening incident.

Royal watchers spotted the black eye as the 69-year-old attended a charity event at Westminster Abbey on 4 March.

Laurence ended up with a black eye after an incident involving fencing in his garden.

Princess Anne’s husband attended the 200th anniversary of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) celebration at Westminster Abbey alongside the Duke of Kent.

Laurence is the Vice President of the RNLI.
