King Felipe of Spain visited the units of the Airmobile Forces of the Army (FAMET) which are celebrating their 50th anniversary.
The Helicopter Maintenance Park and Center, the Transport Helicopter Battalion no. V and the Army Aviation Academy were all founded in 1973.

King Felipe was received with honours and reviewed the troops. He then visited an exhibition on the different units. At the Helicopter Maintenance Park and Center, he toured the grounds, participated in a briefing and went on a helicopter flight.
At the end of the visit, he signed the base’s Book of Honour.
