King Felipe meets UN Secretary-General

King Felipe of Spain has met the UN Secretary-General António Guterres at the Royal Alcázar of Seville during the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development.

The King met the Secretary-General, the presidents of Mozambique, Panama, and the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, during the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development.

The bilateral meetings were held to discuss ways to reform global development financing mechanisms.

Afterwards, the King was joined by Queen Letizia, where they presided over a dinner in honour of the conference.

The UN-related conference is being held in Seville, Spain, from 30 June to 3 July. More information can be found here.
