Crown Princess Victoria meets diplomatic trainees

Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden met with participants in the Diplomatic Program, Foreign Service Administrator or Assistant Program at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs (MFA) in the Karl XV Hall at the Royal Palace.

The three training programs are meant to prepare the trainees for foreign service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Stockholm or at Sweden’s embassies or consulates worldwide. 

Crown Princess Victoria completed the diplomatic program in 2006-2007. During the meeting, the Crown Princess spoke about the crucial role of diplomats in promoting Sweden and in Sweden’s relations with the outside world. The trainees were also able to ask the Crown Princess questions.
