New photos released as Danish royal twins turn 14

The Danish Royal House has released three new images of Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine, who are celebrating their 14th birthdays.

As is customary, one photo of the twins together was released alongside solo images of the Prince and Princess.

In a social media post on Instagram, the Royal House said: “Their Royal Highnesses Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine have a birthday and are turning 14 today.”

The images were taken in Amalienborg Palace on New Year’s Eve after their father, King Frederik X, gave his first New Year address.

Frederik took the throne in January 2024 after the abdication of his mother, Queen Margrethe.
