The Princess of Wales visited the HMP High Down Prison in Surrey.
Catherine visited the prison to learn more about their projects to help people overcome addiction in prison. The High Down Prison holds around 1,100 male inmates. Catherine, who is the patron of the Forward Trust, learned how the trust supported those in the prison system.
She was shown what a routine visit to the prison would be like and even underwent the required security process.
The Princess of Wales also visited The Clink, a restaurant that trains inmates in hospitality.
