The Princess of Wales has celebrated Mother Nature on Mother’s Day in the UK.

Taking to social media, the Princess personally sent a message to celebrate nature.

“Over the past year, nature has been our sanctuary. This Mother’s Day, let us celebrate Mother Nature and recognise how our bond with the natural world can help not only nurture our inner selves, but remind us too of the role we play within the rich tapestry of life,” she wrote.

Catherine signed the message, “C.”

The post also featured a video of various landscapes, including the ocean, mountains and rolling hills.

The Princess appears briefly, but her face is not shown. She is seen touching a tree, while the legs of the Prince of Wales are seen in other clip, with their dog, Orla.

King Charles and Queen Camilla also shared photos with their mothers, stating: “Wishing all mothers, and those who are missing theirs today, a peaceful Mothering Sunday.”
