Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor has been christened in a service held at her parents’ home in Montecito, a spokesperson for the Sussexes has confirmed.

The statement reads, “I can confirm that Princess Lilibet Diana was christened on Friday, March 3 by the Archbishop of Los Angeles, the Rev John Taylor.” Reverend John Taylor is actually the Bishop of Los Angeles. In any case, it is the first time Lili has been publicly referred to as a Princess, even though she had been entitled to the title since her grandfather’s accession last year.

Buckingham Palace reportedly confirmed that the official line of succession will be updated to reflect both Lili and Archie’s titles.
