King Charles and Queen Camilla had a busy second day in Germany during their State Visit.
King Charles started the day with a meeting with Chancellor Scholz.
He then met up with his wife, Queen Camilla, at the Wittenbergplaztz Food Market, where they met with several local business owners.
Following the market visit, King Charles and Queen Camilla travelled to the Bundestag, where the King addressed the session in both German and English. It was the first time a member of the British royal family addressed the Bundestag.
After addressing the Bundestag, the King travelled to the Tegel Refugee Centre, where he received a tour of the Ukraine Arrivals Centre.
Meanwhile, Queen Camilla visited the Refugio House community centre, which is a meeting place for locals and new arrivals to Berlin.
Queen Camilla then travelled to the Komische Opera to learn more about the company’s outreach projects.
King Charles then travelled to the Joint Military Unit at Finowfurt, where he met with representatives from a joint German and British military unit.
Afterwards, King Charles visit Brodowin Farm, an organic farm, where he learned about reducing environmental impact.
