Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako of Japan will visit the towns of Anamizu and Noto in Ishikawa Prefecture to meet victims of the Noto Peninsula earthquake.

The trip is likely to take place on 12 April, although it could be postponed a day due to the weather conditions. They will arrive at Noto Airport via a special plane and will transfer onto helicopters and a bus to tour the hardest-hit areas.
