Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway has walked part of a pilgrimage route, the Kystpilgrimsleia.
The Kystpilgrimsleia is a network of routes that stretch along the coast of Norway. Several shrines, such as churches, monasteries, and other holy sites, are located along the coast.
State administrator Bent Høie joined the Crown Princess, and together they walked the first kilometres, starting at Egersund church. The Crown Princess received her pilgrim’s pass and her first stamp. You can collect more stamps along the way.
