Crown Prince Haakon of Norway was on hand to cheer on Norwegian athletes at the Milan Olympic Games.

The Crown Prince cheered on Norwegians to gold in the women’s cross-country relay and watched the men ski jump.

He was also on hand to witness the men take home gold in cross-country relay on 15 February.

As his parents, King Harald and Queen Sonja did earlier in the Olympic Games, Crown Prince Haakon met Norwegian athletes to congratulate them and show his support.

The heir to the throne will be in Milan to witness the competitions for a few more days. He is expected at the freeskiing and alpine skiing.

At the time of writing, Norway was in first place on the medal count. They have won a total of 26 medals, 12 of which have been gold. They have won seven each in silver and bronze.
