Denmark’s former Queen Margrethe has been discharged from the hospital after being admitted this past weekend.
Queen Margrethe of Denmark has been discharged from Copenhagen’s Rigshospitalet after doctors discovered new blood clots over the weekend. The former Queen was admitted on Sunday 6 September, which forced Her Majesty to withdraw from King Harald’s funeral ceremonies yesterday in Oslo.
This morning, the Danish Royal Court issued a press release that brought relief to many who were particularly sad not to see Queen Margrethe yesterday.
Her Majesty Queen Margrethe was discharged from Rigshospitalet this morning and is now back at Fredensborg Palace.
