The Princess of Asturias has begun her first official solo visit to Portugal.

She is accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, and she was received at the Belém Palace by President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.
The day will focus on environmental protection and ocean conservation, which are priorities for both Spain and Portugal.
