Princess Alexandra of Hanover, the daughter of Princess Caroline of Monaco, has announced her engagement to Ben-Sylvester Strautmann.
The Princess, 27, announced her engagement to her boyfriend of ten years on Instagram on 11 September.
She wrote, “The marriage plot,” while showing off her 18-carat yellow and white gold engagement ring in a series of photos.
Her first cousins, Louis and Pauline Ducruet and Camille Gottlieb (the son and daughters of Princess Stephanie of Monaco), each wrote on her post, “Congratulations!”
Princess Olympia and Princess Nina of Greece also congratulated the royal on her engagement.

Princess Alexandra is the youngest child of Princess Caroline of Monaco by her third husband, Prince Ernst August of Hanover. She has three older siblings through her mother, Andrea, Pierre, and Charlotte Casiraghi, and two older brothers through her father, Princes Ernst August and Christian.
Alexandra is 14th in line to succeed her uncle, Prince Albert II of Monaco, to the throne.
