Prince William serves #Earthshot burger

The Prince of Wales and The Earthshot Prize have teamed up with Youtube’s Sorted Food.

In a newly released video, Prince William surprised unsuspecting members of the public as he joined the Sorted Food team in the Earthshot Food Truck to serve the Earthshot burger. The creation of the Earthshot burger was part of the Earthshot prize.

The burger was served in a specially designed seaweed-lined takeaway box, which went into production earlier this summer. The burger was cooked on a portable stove that used biomass for fuel, rather than charcoal.
