New photos and a special honour for Prince Edward’s birthday

Buckingham Palace has released four new photos as the Duke of Edinburgh celebrates his 60th birthday today.

The photos were taken at Bagshot Park with his dogs Teal (Labrador), Mole (Cocker Spaniel), and Teasel (Labrador puppy) on Monday.

He was also appointed to the Order of the Thistle by his brother, King Charles III. This is Scotland’s highest honour.
