The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh represented King Charles III during an event to mark UK-French historic ties.

The Duke and Duchess were accompanied by the UK Chief of the General Staff, the French Chief of the Army Staff, and the French Ambassador to the UK as they attended a parade to commemorate the 120th Anniversary of The Entente Cordiale at Buckingham Palace.

For the first time, a non-Commonwealth Country – France, took part in the Changing of the Guard Ceremony in the forecourt of Buckingham Palace.
