King Charles, supported by other members of the royal family,  has led the nation in Remembrance.

In his role as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, he placed a wreath at the Cenotaph. The Prince of Wales, the Princess Royal and the Duke of Edinburgh also placed a wreath.

Queen Camilla and the Princess of Wales watched the ceremony from the balcony of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development building on Whitehall.

An equerry placed a wreath on behalf of Queen Camilla.
