Prince Jigme Ugyen Wangchuck, or Gyalsey Ugyen Wangchuck, has celebrated his fourth birthday.
The prince is the second son of the King and Queen of Bhutan, and as such, he is second in the line of succession. He has an older brother and a younger sister.
